The Laurelhurst Project

A 1950’s rancher with full basement and huge bonus room over the garage in a quiet North Spokane neighborhood. We opened up the kitchen to the rest of the main floor living area to create a much more inviting and usable space for a modern family. In addition to adding a new set of stairs to the lower level, this project showed what can be done with an unfinished basement, turning this house into the perfect home for a large family.
